The eight clubs to compete in the BAL qualifier have been announced. The clubs invited to Abingdon on 18th September are:

Ashford
Bedford & County
Brighton & Hove AC
Bristol & West
Medway & Maidstone
Nene Valley Harriers
Reading
The top two clubs in the qualifier this year will go into BAL National Division 4.
