MORSE HAS THE RIGHT CODE FOR NEW DELHI

Discus thrower Brett Morse is relishing the chance of making a name for himself at the Commonwealth Games in New Delhi next month.
Morse, 21, of Birchfield Harriers, has had an amazing season in the BAL - and in Britain in general.
He has not lost to a fellow Briton all year and completed his four-match unbeaten streak in the BAL with an outstanding performance at Lea Valley last Saturday on the final day of the Premiership season.
He triumphed with a throw of 60.80m and now heads to the India to represent Wales as the second-best in the Commonwealth.
He is ranked behind Australian Benn Harradine who has a season's best of 65.83m and is determined to come back with a medal.
Morse says: "Being Welsh, I never get to compete with Welsh athletes because most of the British team are English.
"There are guys who I grew up with. We have a 22-strong team, a good team, with (Rhys Williams), Christian (Malcolm), Dai Greene and myself.
"I have lived in Cardiff all my life and I remember watching the last Commonwealth Games on television in the common room at school.
"Everyone was saying I will be at the next one. I said 'No, I will be too young'. But the way things have turned out I could get a medal there.
"I have not been to India before. It will be fine. We have been told by the team managers out there, the competition would not go ahead if there were any major threats."
"Never once last year did I go over 60m, so that is good.
"It is the effect of another year's training. It is going well all the time and I am never injured. My coach lets me rest when I want to rest so I am always fresh."
Morse won on Saturday ahead of Emeka Udechuku, of Woodford Green with Essex Ladies, who was second with 60.32m.
He added: "Last year I had never beaten Emeka before. This year to have won every one in the British League, it is almost like the British Championships barring one person (Carl Myserscough), so it is like winning the British Championships four times over."
Welsh athletes from British League club's competing in New Delhi are:
Lee Doran (City of Sheffield)
Christopher Gowell (Swansea)
David Greene (Swansea)
David Guest (Cardiff)
Christian Malcolm (Cardiff)
Brett Morse (Birchfield Harriers)
Matt Richards (Belgrave Harriers)
